Milan Plav\u0161i\u0107 (35) jeton n\u00eb Sremska Mitrovica n\u00eb provinc\u00ebn eVojvodin\u00ebs, n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb. Ai vjen nga nj\u00eb familje me tradit\u00eb t\u00eb hershme n\u00eb bujq\u00ebsi, por ndryshe nga babai dhe gjyshi i tij, Milani pati mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb diplomohej n\u00eb fakultetin e bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Novi Sad. Provinca \u00ebsht\u00eb prodhuesi dhe eksportuesi m\u00eb i madh i kulturave bujq\u00ebsore n\u00eb rajonin e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor. \u00a0<\/strong>Me 20 hektar\u00eb tok\u00eb, Milani e konsideron veten nj\u00eb prodhues t\u00eb mes\u00ebm, por edhe ai ka hasur n\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi. Shpresa e tyre u ngjall, kur Milani d\u00ebgjoi p\u00ebr programin e financuar nga BE-ja p\u00ebr Asistenc\u00ebn e Para-Aderimit p\u00ebr Zhvillimin Rural(IPARD) i cili mb\u00ebshtet bujq\u00ebsin\u00eb n\u00eb Serbi dhe rajon. Duke par\u00eb q\u00eb i plot\u00ebsonte kriteret, Milani vendosi t\u00eb aplikonte p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetje. Aplikimi rezultoi i suksessh\u00ebm dhe familja ishte n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb blinte nj\u00eb traktor t\u00eb ri.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Rreth projektit <\/strong><\/p>\n

P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij instrumenti, BE-ja u ofron p\u00ebrfituesve ndihm\u00eb financiare dhe teknike p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb sektorin e tyre bujq\u00ebsor dhe zonat rurale m\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019i harmonizuar ato me Politik\u00ebn e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt bujq\u00ebsore t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Programi IPARD mb\u00ebshteti familjen e Milanit me mbi 50% t\u00eb shum\u00ebs p\u00ebr blerjen e traktorit t\u00eb ri.
