Megjithat\u00eb, vet\u00ebm m\u00eb her\u00ebt n\u00eb vitin 2021 kompania Shalaj mundi t\u00eb mb\u00ebshteste pretendimin e tyre me nj\u00eb certifikat\u00eb. Me mb\u00ebshtetjen e nj\u00eb projekti t\u00eb financuar nga BE, L\u00ebvizja e Lir\u00eb e Mallrave (FMG), ata mund\u00ebn t\u00eb kuptonin se \u00e7far\u00eb duhej t\u00eb b\u00ebnin p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb certifikimin ‘CE’. Vjen nga termi francez ‘conformit\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne’, shkurtesa \u00ebsht\u00eb shenja e konformitetit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb e p\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuar se nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb produktesh p\u00ebrmbushin standardet e siguris\u00eb t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb. FMG e udh\u00ebzoi kompanin\u00eb p\u00ebrmes procedur\u00ebs s\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb konformitetit nj\u00ebvje\u00e7ar p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuar se produkti i tyre plot\u00ebson k\u00ebrkesat p\u00ebr t\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb tregun e BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cNuk mund t\u00eb theksojm\u00eb sa duhet se sa t\u00eb lumtur jemi q\u00eb marrim certifikimin CE \u2013 di\u00e7ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn kemi punuar p\u00ebr ta arritur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb\u201d, thot\u00eb Shalaj p\u00ebr arritjen q\u00eb do t\u00eb hap\u00eb rrug\u00ebn drejt zgjerimit t\u00eb pjes\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre n\u00eb tregun vendas dhe do hapin mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb reja nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n

Por m\u00ebsimi nuk u ndal me kaq. Nj\u00eb nga specialist\u00ebt e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb proces theksoi se si kjo mund t’i jap\u00eb nj\u00eb shtys\u00eb k\u00ebtij sektori t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb. \u201cProjekti FMG tregoi se \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb kompanit\u00eb kosovare t\u00eb marrin certifikimin CE. Tani qeveria dhe kompanit\u00eb individuale duhet t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb pun\u00ebn\u201d, thot\u00eb Adam Pinney, specialist n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ndarja e njohurive dhe ekspertiz\u00ebs nga specialist\u00eb si Z. Pinney si pjes\u00eb e projektit tre-vje\u00e7ar FMG ndihmoi gjithashtu n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e legjislacionit t\u00eb produktit dhe trajnimin e agjencive t\u00eb zbatimit p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb tregun m\u00eb t\u00eb sigurt p\u00ebr pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt dhe konsumator\u00ebt. Q\u00ebllimi i projektit \u2018Mb\u00ebshtetje p\u00ebr L\u00ebvizjen e Lir\u00eb t\u00eb Mallrave (FMG)\u2019 ishte zhvillimi i infrastruktur\u00ebs cil\u00ebsore, mbik\u00ebqyrjes s\u00eb tregut dhe t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb konsumator\u00ebve me q\u00ebllim p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e proceseve t\u00eb prodhimit dhe rritjen e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe siguris\u00eb s\u00eb produktit.<\/p>\n

Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb q\u00ebllimi m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur qeverin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb krijimin e nj\u00eb mjedisi m\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm miq\u00ebsor p\u00ebr biznesin, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me standardet dhe trupin ligjor t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb \u2013 t\u00eb njohur si \u2018acquis\u2019 \u2013 si\u00e7 k\u00ebrkohet nga Marr\u00ebveshja e Stabilizim Asociimit.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb njehsuar legjislacionin e saj me ligjet e BE-s\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvilluar gradualisht nj\u00eb zon\u00eb t\u00eb tregtis\u00eb s\u00eb lir\u00eb midis BE-s\u00eb dhe Kosov\u00ebs, ku l\u00ebvizja e lir\u00eb e mallrave, sh\u00ebrbimeve dhe kapitalit jan\u00eb t\u00eb garantuara reciprokisht. Kosova dhe BE-ja n\u00ebnshkruan Marr\u00ebveshjen e Stabilizim Asociimit (MSA) n\u00eb vitin 2016, duke p\u00ebrcaktuar t\u00eb drejtat dhe detyrimet reciproke.<\/p>\n
