Ivana dhe familja e saj p\u00ebrfituan nga elementi i rrug\u00ebve t\u00eb gastronomis\u00eb, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshinte mb\u00ebshtetjen p\u00ebr familjet e fshatit dhe lidhjen e fshatrave n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe Mal t\u00eb Zi me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin p\u00ebr t\u00eb ofruar nj\u00eb koncept turizmi t\u00eb integruar t\u00eb bazuar te rrug\u00ebt, me fokus te gastronomia.\n\nNj\u00eb element po aq i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm i projektit ishte p\u00ebrfshirja e recetave tradicionale vendase n\u00eb ofert\u00ebn turistike duke hulumtuar dhe ruajtur gatimet rajonale dhe duke i p\u00ebrdorur k\u00ebto gatime n\u00eb restorantet vendase dhe rrug\u00ebt e gastronomis\u00eb, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshinin zhvillimin e pikave t\u00eb shijimit n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb rurale. Synimi ishte risjellja e disa prej gatimeve t\u00eb harruara dhe trajnimi i shefave t\u00eb kuzhin\u00ebs dhe kuzhinier\u00ebve vendas p\u00ebr t\u2019i p\u00ebrgatitur ato, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebto gatime t\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshiheshin n\u00eb menut\u00eb e hoteleve dhe restoranteve vendase.\r\n\r\n<h2><strong>\u201cJemi shum\u00eb krenar\u00eb p\u00ebr suksesin e librit ton\u00eb t\u00eb gatimit, pasi ky sukses nuk vlen vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr projektin ton\u00eb, por edhe p\u00ebr vendet e p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt.\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n<strong>Rreth projektit<\/strong>\n\nProjekti i financuar nga BE-ja, \u201cKuzhina lokale si ofert\u00eb turistike e rajonit nd\u00ebrkufitar\u201d filloi n\u00eb vitin 2018 dhe p\u00ebrfundoi n\u00eb vitin 2020. Synimi i projektit ishte p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i konkurrueshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb sektorit t\u00eb turizmit duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb gastronomin\u00eb vendase n\u00eb ofert\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgjithshme turistike t\u00eb zon\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkufitare. Projekti u zbatua nga RDA Bjelasica, Komovi i Prokletije dhe Organizata Komb\u00ebtare e Turizmit nga Mali i Zi, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Eco-Partners for Sustainable Development dhe Bashkin\u00eb Puk\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.\r\n\r\nJelena shpjegon se ushqimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i ngjash\u00ebm n\u00eb t\u00eb dyja an\u00ebt e kufirit, e megjithat\u00eb ka shije dhe ve\u00e7ori karakteristike.
