Ai ka sindrom\u00ebn Down, nj\u00eb \u00e7rregullim gjenetikq\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht lidhet me\u00a0v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb e t\u00eb nx\u00ebnit. Ligji kosovar ka ndryshuar s\u00eb fundmi p\u00ebr t\u2019i lejuar f\u00ebmij\u00ebt me sindrom\u00ebn Down dhe f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb me nevoja t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb shkolla t\u00eb zakonshme. Tashm\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit si Arti jan\u00eb duke nx\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb epok\u00eb t\u00eb re.\r\n\r\nP\u00ebrfshirja e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve me nevoja t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta n\u00eb shkolla t\u00eb zakonshme pa nj\u00eb m\u00ebsues ndihm\u00ebs mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb sfidues. Duke qen\u00eb se shkolla nuk mund t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb nj\u00eb, n\u00eb rastin e Artit roli i m\u00ebsueses ndihm\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr nga n\u00ebna e tij. Kjo zgjati p\u00ebr disa vite derisa projekti i financuar nga BE-ja, Arsim p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, nd\u00ebrmori hapa p\u00ebr t\u2019i siguruar Artit dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb me nevoja t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn e tij nj\u00eb m\u00ebsuese ndihm\u00ebse. \u201cMe ndihm\u00ebn e m\u00ebsueses s\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar ndihm\u00ebse, Arti ia doli t\u00eb ishte plot\u00ebsisht i pavarur nga un\u00eb dhe t\u00eb zhvillonte aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e tij duke p\u00ebrmbushur pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb objektivave n\u00eb planin e tij individual t\u00eb t\u00eb nx\u00ebnit,\u201d shprehet n\u00ebna e Artit, Florentina.\r\n\r\n<h2><strong>\u00a0\u201cF\u00ebmij\u00ebt me nevoja t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta p\u00ebrballen me sfida t\u00eb ndryshme: disa mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi me leximin, disa me matematik\u00ebn ose l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e tjera. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb si rrjedhoj\u00eb ne hartojm\u00eb dhe zbatojm\u00eb nj\u00eb plan individual t\u00eb nx\u00ebni p\u00ebr \u00e7do f\u00ebmij\u00eb me nevoja t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta.\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\nN\u00eb aktivitetet e p\u00ebrditshme shkollore Artin e ndihmon Xhenneta Shabani, nj\u00eb e diplomuar nga fakulteti i pedagogjis\u00eb e cila iu bashkua ekipit si praktikante. Sapo filloi pun\u00eb, ajo u takua me m\u00ebsuesen e klas\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb hartuar nj\u00eb plan m\u00ebsimor individual p\u00ebr Artin dhe filloi zbatimin e tij. \u201cF\u00ebmij\u00ebt me nevoja t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta p\u00ebrballen me sfida t\u00eb ndryshme: disa mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi me leximin, disa me matematik\u00ebn ose l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e tjera. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb si rrjedhoj\u00eb ne hartojm\u00eb dhe zbatojm\u00eb nj\u00eb plan individual t\u00eb nx\u00ebni p\u00ebr \u00e7do f\u00ebmij\u00eb me nevoja t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta,\u201d shprehet Xhenneta.\n\nXhenneta e ndihmon Artin gjat\u00eb m\u00ebsimit edhe \u00ebsht\u00eb e pranishme gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebs n\u00eb klas\u00eb me m\u00ebsuesen e zakonshme. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 pun\u00ebs me Artin, ajo ndihmon edhe f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. Plani i saj profesional afatgjat\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb punoj\u00eb si k\u00ebshilltare e shkoll\u00ebs, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb p\u00ebrvoja e p\u00ebrftuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt \u00ebsht\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonisht e vlefshme. \u201cNdoshta pjesa m\u00eb e mir\u00eb e angazhimit tim n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb kur t\u00eb filloj t\u00eb punoj si k\u00ebshilltare shkolle, t\u00eb mund t\u00eb transferoj t\u00eb gjitha njohurit\u00eb nga ky projekt n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn po punoj, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb edhe m\u00ebsues e nx\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb prej tyre,\u201d shprehet ajo.\n\nProjekti \u2018Arsim p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb\u2019 po zbatohet nga nj\u00eb organizata jofitimprur\u00ebse (OJQ) \u00e7eke \u2018People in Need\u2019 dhe partner\u00eb nga Kosova Njomza Emini nga \u2018People in Need\u2019 shpjegon se sa i domosdosh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb projekti p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt me nevoja t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. \u201cKemi pasur raste kur shkollat ngurronin t\u00eb pranonin f\u00ebmij\u00eb me nevoja t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta, duke qen\u00eb se ata kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb dhe shkollave iu mungonte stafi mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs. Edhe sikur t\u00eb kishin koh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar me t\u00eb, m\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb zakonsh\u00ebm iu mungon trajnimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb trajtuar nevojat e k\u00ebtyre f\u00ebmij\u00ebve,\u201d shprehet Njomza.\n\nSi rrjedhoj\u00eb projekti drejton nj\u00eb program q\u00eb angazhon 42 praktikant\u00eb q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin 250 f\u00ebmij\u00eb si Arti q\u00eb kan\u00eb nevoja t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta ose q\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga komunitete t\u00eb cenuesh\u00ebm. Projekti ofron edhe trajnim p\u00ebr m\u00ebsuesit e zakonsh\u00ebm rreth m\u00ebsimit gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve me nevoja t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta. Deri tani projekti ka trajnuar mbi 150 m\u00ebsues edhe ata planifikoj\u00eb t\u00eb trajnojn\u00eb deri n\u00eb 225 m\u00ebsues deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb projektit. Trajnimi p\u00ebrfshin tema si parimet e gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshirjes, komunikimit me f\u00ebmij\u00ebt me nevoja t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta dhe identifikimin dhe menaxhimin e rasteve t\u00eb bullizmit. \u201cTrajnimi i prit shum\u00eb mir\u00eb nga administrator\u00ebt e shkollave dhe m\u00ebsuesit q\u00eb mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb,\u201d shprehet Njomza.\r\n\r\n<h2><strong>\u00a0\u201cEkzistojn\u00eb hendeqe t\u00eb konsiderueshme n\u00eb arsimin gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosove dhe derisa institucionet tona t\u00eb mund t\u00eb mbyllin k\u00ebto hendeqe mb\u00ebshtetja nga BE-ja dhe donator\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme.\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n<strong>Rreth projektit<\/strong>\n\nProjekti \u2018Arsim p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb\u2019 i financuar nga BE-ja u lan\u00e7ua n\u00eb vitin 2018 dhe bazohet n\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr arsim t\u00eb barabart\u00eb p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt dhe adoleshent\u00ebt me nevoja t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta si dhe ata nga komunitete t\u00eb cenueshme si komuniteti Rom. I financuar ngaInstrumenti Evropian p\u00ebr Demokraci dhe t\u00eb Drejta t\u00eb Njeriut (EIDHR)projekti po zbatohet nga OJQ-ja \u00e7eke \u2018People in Need\u2019 n\u00eb partneritet me OJQ-t\u00eb kosovare \u2018Autizmi Flet\u2019 dhe \u2018The Ideas Partnership\u2019\r\n\r\nP\u00ebr hartimin e trajnimit t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesve, projekti p\u00ebrfitoi nga p\u00ebrvoja e departamentit t\u00eb arsimit \u2018Varianty\u2019 i \u2018People in Need\u2019 n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn \u00c7eke dhe m\u00ebnyra se si ata kan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur udh\u00ebzimet e Agjencis\u00eb Evropiane p\u00ebr Arsimin Gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs. \u201cEkzistojn\u00eb hendeqe t\u00eb konsiderueshme n\u00eb arsimin gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosove dhe derisa institucionet tona t\u00eb mund t\u00eb mbyllin k\u00ebto hendeqe mb\u00ebshtetja nga BE-ja dhe donator\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme,\u201d shprehet Njomza.\n\nProjekti ka edhe nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr element t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e arsimit gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs n\u00eb nivelin institucional. Platformat e arsimit gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs jan\u00eb ngritur n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha vendndodhjet e projektit duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb grupet vendore t\u00eb interesit, organizatat e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut dhe prind\u00ebrit. Platforma gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse e arsimit n\u00eb qytetin e Janjev\u00ebs\/Janjevo ka arritur t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e programit t\u00eb stazhit duke e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00eb buxhetin e bashkit\u00eb edhe pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb projektit.
