Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb vendi ku p\u00ebrzihen kulturat lindore me ato per\u00ebndimore, n\u00eb ushqim, veshje tradicionale, gjuh\u00eb dhe ve\u00e7ori t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore: ky \u00ebsht\u00eb Ballkani Per\u00ebndimor. Nj\u00eb OJF nga Serbia, Shoqata Manifesto, bashk\u00ebrisht me partner\u00ebt nga Mali i Zi dhe Maqedonia e Veriut, ka krijuar nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb unike p\u00ebr promovimin e k\u00ebsaj trash\u00ebgimie kaq pak t\u00eb njohur.\r\n\r\nKoncepti i tyre novator i zhvilluar si pjes\u00eb e projektit t\u00eb financuar nga BE-ja \u2018Rrug\u00ebtim dhe Histori t\u00eb Trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb\u2019. Ata i sjellin vendet e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb m\u00eb pran\u00eb vizitor\u00ebve dhe rrisin interesin e siteve m\u00eb pak t\u00eb njohura p\u00ebrmes ndjekjes s\u00eb metodave novatore t\u00eb t\u00eb treguarit p\u00ebr paraqitjen e fakteve, por edhe historis\u00eb gojore dhe legjendave urbane, dhe duke i promovuar ato n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet metodave bashk\u00ebkohore n\u00eb internet, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb mediat sociale dhe nj\u00eb aplikacion t\u00eb posa\u00e7\u00ebm n\u00eb telefon. Projekti p\u00ebrfshin promovimin e monumenteve nga Lufta e Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, p\u00ebrmes pallateve perandorake dhe vendbanimeve t\u00eb lashta, duke shkuar deri te vendbanimet parahistorike t\u00eb vendosura n\u00eb peizazhe t\u00ebrheq\u00ebse.\n\nKoncepti i Rrug\u00ebtimit n\u00ebp\u00ebr Trash\u00ebgimi u prezantua fillimisht n\u00eb Konvent\u00ebn Faro t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs p\u00ebr vlerat e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, si praktik\u00eb e mir\u00eb p\u00ebr nismat e udh\u00ebhequra nga trash\u00ebgimia, t\u00eb bazuara n\u00eb komunitet. Ideja e projektit u zhvillua nga ky koncept, ku pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit njihen me skutat e fshehta t\u00eb zonave pran\u00eb tyre p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb historie interesante. Krahas t\u00ebrheqjes s\u00eb turist\u00ebve n\u00eb pikat kulturore vendase, rrug\u00ebtimet n\u00ebp\u00ebr trash\u00ebgimi t\u00ebrheqin vizitor\u00eb p\u00ebr ofruesit vendas t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb lidhur n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb historie t\u00eb caktuar.\r\n\r\n<h2><strong>\u201cN\u00eb \u00e7do muze ose institucion kulturor, ne kemi profesionist\u00eb t\u00eb aft\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb posa\u00e7me, si arkeologjia, antropologjia ose biologjia, por q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb zot\u00eb n\u00eb tregimin e historive. Ndaj, donim t\u00eb ndiqnim nj\u00eb qasje t\u00eb re\u201d.<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n<strong>Nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb treguari\u00a0<\/strong>\n\nIvan Svetozarevic \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb Menaxher Projekti nga Shoqata Manifesto, q\u00eb fitoi nj\u00eb grant p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt nga Projekti Zhvillimi dhe Promovimi i Turizmit, i financuar nga BE-ja dhe i zbatuar nga K\u00ebshilli i Bashk\u00ebpunimit Rajonal. Ai shpjegon se ideja e projektit u zhvillua duke u bazuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb sfidash t\u00eb caktuara me t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrballej industria e turizmit p\u00ebr promovimin e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore. K\u00ebto vendkalime p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb bizneset vendase, si dyqanet e vogla dhe restorantet, duke ofruar nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr angazhimin dhe sigurimin e p\u00ebrfitimeve p\u00ebr komunitetet dhe bizneset vendase p\u00ebrreth siteve.\r\n\r\n<h2><strong>\u201cShumica e vizitor\u00ebve zgjedhin automatikisht qytezat dhe qytetet e m\u00ebdha kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr turizmin kulturor. Sitet e p\u00ebrzgjedhura nga projekti yn\u00eb ndodhen kryesisht n\u00eb zona rurale, q\u00eb tashm\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb ekonomikisht nga turizmi\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n<strong>Rreth projektit<\/strong>\n\nProjekti Zhvillimi dhe Promovimi i Turizmit, i financuar nga BE-ja dhe i zbatuar nga K\u00ebshilli i Bashk\u00ebpunimit Rajonal, ka vler\u00eb 5 milion\u00eb euro. Ky projekt punon p\u00ebr zhvillimin dhe promovimin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb ofertave t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta rajonale t\u00eb turizmit kulturor dhe aventuresk, duke rritur numrin e turist\u00ebve q\u00eb vizitojn\u00eb gjasht\u00eb ekonomit\u00eb e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor dhe duke zgjatur q\u00ebndrimin e turist\u00ebve n\u00eb rajon. Shoqata Manifesto ishte nd\u00ebr p\u00ebrfituesit e grantit n\u00eb raundin e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb granteve t\u00eb dh\u00ebna n\u00eb muajin tetor 2019, me vler\u00eb deri n\u00eb 54,000 euro secili. K\u00ebshilli i Bashk\u00ebpunimit Rajonal (RCC) \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nism\u00eb e bashk\u00ebfinancuar nga BE-ja, q\u00eb promovon bashk\u00ebpunimin, pajtimin dhe zhvillimin ekonomik dhe shoq\u00ebror n\u00eb rajon.\r\n\r\nSitet e p\u00ebrzgjedhura jan\u00eb nga Mali i Zi, Maqedonia e Veriut dhe Serbia. Vendkalimet dhe historit\u00eb ngarkohen n\u00eb\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.heritagewalk.net\/\">faqen e internetit<\/a>\u00a0dhe aplikacionin n\u00eb telefon t\u00eb zhvilluar nga projekti, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb vizitor\u00ebt t\u00eb ken\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u2019i vizitojn\u00eb dhe shijojn\u00eb sitet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur.
