P\u00ebr shkak se pandemia i detyroi njer\u00ebzit t\u00eb kalonin m\u00eb tep\u00ebr koh\u00eb brenda, fuqia e platformave digjitale \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur dhe k\u00ebto platforma jan\u00eb burimet m\u00eb t\u00eb zakonshme t\u00eb informacioneve t\u00eb rreme ose ngat\u00ebrruese.\r\n\r\nNumri i portaleve t\u00eb lajmeve online n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb u rrit gjat\u00eb zgjedhjeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb vitit 2017, sipas Arta Berish\u00ebs, nj\u00eb gazetare e njohur, e cila ka mbuluar fenomenin e lajmeve t\u00eb rreme. N\u00eb at\u00eb periudh\u00eb, ajo sapo kishte filluar t\u00eb jepte m\u00ebsim n\u00eb gazetari. \u201cSi gazetare, m\u00eb shqet\u00ebsonte mungesa e standardeve n\u00eb k\u00ebto portale\u201d, thot\u00eb ajo.\r\n\r\n<h2><strong>\u201cD\u00ebshironim t\u00eb ofronim nj\u00eb platform\u00eb p\u00ebr gazetar\u00ebt q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb materiale n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur; duke u mund\u00ebsuar t\u00eb punojn\u00eb pa u ndikuar nga reklamuesit apo presioni i p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm i krijimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjeve n\u00eb redaksit\u00eb e tyre\u201d.<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n\nKrahasuar me tregun e SHBA-s\u00eb, ku p\u00ebrmbajtja e lajmeve t\u00eb rreme u krijua p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfitim financiar, informacioni ngat\u00ebrrues n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb synon kryesisht p\u00ebrfitime politike. \u201cP\u00ebrmbajtjet e pajisura me tituj interesant\u00eb dhe informacione t\u00eb anshme dhe t\u00eb paverifikuara jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumta dhe prodhohen thjesht p\u00ebr interesa politike nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb medias me lidhje n\u00eb mbar\u00eb spektrin politik n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb\u201d, thot\u00eb Berisha, e cila ka shkruar gjer\u00ebsisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb tem\u00eb q\u00eb prej vitit 2017. Kjo situat\u00eb konfirmohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/thinktank\/en\/document.html?reference=EXPO_STU(2020)653621\">studim t\u00eb Parlamentit Evropian<\/a>\u00a0ku referohet dhe puna e Berish\u00ebs, dhe ku arrihet n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin se keqinformimi n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor krijohet dhe shp\u00ebrndahet nga aktor\u00ebt vendas p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime t\u00eb brendshme. N\u00eb artikujt e saj, ajo p\u00ebrqendrohet te portalet e lajmeve, q\u00eb jan\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Shtypit dhe q\u00eb kan\u00eb publikuar vazhdimisht ngjarje me p\u00ebrmbajtje informacionesh t\u00eb rreme me potencial p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar reputacionin e nj\u00eb individi ose subjekti. Transmetuesi publik, RTK, nuk b\u00ebnte p\u00ebrjashtim.\n\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<h2><strong>\u201cP\u00ebrmbajtjet e pajisura me tituj interesant\u00eb dhe informacione t\u00eb anshme dhe t\u00eb paverifikuara jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumta dhe prodhohen thjesht p\u00ebr interesa politike nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb medias me lidhje n\u00eb mbar\u00eb spektrin politik n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb\u201d.<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n<strong>Rreth programit\u00a0<\/strong>\n\nBIRN dhe Asociacioni i Gazetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs zbatuan projektin \u201cKontribut p\u00ebr forcimin e gazetaris\u00eb s\u00eb pavarur hulumtuese dhe t\u00eb dobishme p\u00ebr publikun, si dhe lirin\u00eb e shprehjes n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb\u201d, i financuar nga nj\u00eb grant i BE-s\u00eb. Nj\u00eb Program ndihmoi me financimin e 20 gazetar\u00ebve individual\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa skema e n\u00ebngranteve ofroi mb\u00ebshtetje p\u00ebr 48 p\u00ebrfitues, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb 26 gazetar\u00eb individual\u00eb (12 prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve gra) dhe 22 organizata mediatike, 16 prej t\u00eb cilave t\u00eb vendosura n\u00eb komunitete jomaxhoritare. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, nj\u00eb program stazhi u ofroi mund\u00ebsi 57 stazhier\u00ebve, 41 prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve ishin gra. N\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebtij projekti u krijuan 440 artikuj gazetarie, shumica e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve u ripublikuan n\u00eb mediat n\u00eb mbar\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn dhe n\u00eb rajon.\r\n\r\nBerisha ishte nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr 46 gazetar\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb publikuar gjetjet e tyre p\u00ebr nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb temash me interes publik si pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb programi t\u00eb financuar nga BE-ja p\u00ebr fuqizimin e gazetaris\u00eb investigative dhe liris\u00eb s\u00eb shprehjes n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Skema, e zbatuar n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet programeve dhe granteve, u b\u00ebri t\u00eb mundur gazetar\u00ebve t\u00eb zhvillonin hetime t\u00eb thelluara gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb periudhe prej gjasht\u00eb muajsh.\n\n\u201cD\u00ebshironim t\u00eb ofronim nj\u00eb platform\u00eb p\u00ebr gazetar\u00ebt q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb materiale n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur; t\u2019u b\u00ebjm\u00eb t\u00eb mundur t\u00eb punojn\u00eb pa u ndikuar nga reklamuesit apo presioni i p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm i krijimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjeve n\u00eb redaksit\u00eb e tyre\u201d, thot\u00eb Albulena Sadiku nga Rrjetit Ballkanik i Raportimit Investigativ &#8211; BIRN.\n\nArtikujt investigativ\u00eb kan\u00eb shkaktuar debat publik dhe mediatik, e madje edhe diskutime parlamentare p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet me interes t\u00eb madh publik. Krahas k\u00ebsaj, gazetar\u00ebt kan\u00eb marr\u00eb \u00e7mime p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn e tyre, sikurse ishte dhe rasti i nj\u00eb shkrimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve q\u00eb u vler\u00ebsua me \u00e7mim nga koalicioni i OJF-ve aktive n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb. Artikujt e Arta Berish\u00ebs jan\u00eb gjithashtu t\u00eb publikuar gjer\u00ebsisht nga media vendase dhe m\u00eb tej.
