Ministria e Arsimit, Shkenc\u00ebs dhe Zhvillimit Teknologjik filloi transmetimin e p\u00ebrmbajtjes arsimore p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e shkoll\u00ebs fillore dhe t\u00eb mesme n\u00eb kanalet e televizioneve publike komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.\n\nSikurse shum\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb tjera, Serbis\u00eb iu desh t\u00eb gjente nj\u00eb zgjidhje t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatej me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u201cnormalitet t\u00eb ri\u201d duke krijuar p\u00ebrmbajtje t\u00eb specializuara p\u00ebr nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb klasash. Megjithat\u00eb, gjat\u00eb viteve t\u00eb fundit, Serbia kishte qen\u00eb duke p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebrmbajtjen e arsimit digjital, pasi Ministria e Tregtis\u00eb, Turizmit dhe Telekomunikacionit dhe Ministria e Arsimit, Shkenc\u00ebs dhe Zhvillimit Teknologjik filluan zbatimin e projektit \u201cShkolla t\u00eb Lidhura\u201d n\u00eb vitin 2019, me kosto t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb parashikuar 111 milion\u00eb Euro.\u00a0P\u00ebrpara k\u00ebtij projekti, n\u00eb Serbi ishin 2,000 klasa t\u00eb pajisura me infrastruktur\u00eb digjitale, por, n\u00eb vitin 2019, ky num\u00ebr shkoi n\u00eb mbi 10,000. Sipas Eurostat-it, niveli i aft\u00ebsive digjitale individuale n\u00eb Serbi u rrit nga 32% n\u00eb vitin 2015, n\u00eb 46% n\u00eb vitin 2019.\r\n\r\n<h2><strong>\u201cDeri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit tjet\u00ebr, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 1,800 shkolla t\u00eb m\u00ebdha do t\u00eb mbulohen plot\u00ebsisht me akses n\u00eb internet wireless me shpejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb lart\u00eb.\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n<strong>Dy fjal\u00eb rreth EIB-s\u00eb<\/strong>\n\nBanka Evropiane e Investimeve \u00ebsht\u00eb huadh\u00ebn\u00ebsja kryesore e Bashkimit Evropian. EIB-ja \u00ebsht\u00eb institucioni financiar shum\u00ebpal\u00ebsh m\u00eb i madh n\u00eb bot\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb nga ofruesit m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj p\u00ebr financimin e klim\u00ebs, duke investuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb.\r\n\r\nN\u00eb n\u00ebntor t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar, EIB-ja ra dakord ta mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt me nj\u00eb hua prej 65 milion\u00eb Eurosh. Projekti \u00ebsht\u00eb duke modernizuar shkollat fillore dhe t\u00eb mesme n\u00eb Serbi me pajisje t\u00eb reja dhe lidhje digjitale. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, investimi i EIB-s\u00eb do t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb strategjin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb p\u00ebr rritjen ekonomike dhe t\u00eb prodhimtaris\u00eb, pun\u00ebsimin e t\u00eb rinjve dhe zhvillimin e kapacitetit t\u00eb vendit p\u00ebr novacion.\n\n\u201cPandemia e COVID-19-\u00ebs dhe kufizimet sociale shkaktuan nd\u00ebrprerje t\u00eb theksuar t\u00eb sistemeve dhe proceseve arsimore.
