Po t\u00eb shoh\u00ebsh shk\u00ebmbinjt\u00eb g\u00eblqeror\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e thjesht\u00eb t\u00eb kuptosh p\u00ebrse k\u00ebto male jan\u00eb atraksion p\u00ebr kaq shum\u00eb turist\u00eb.\u00a0 Noli ka punuar vet\u00eb si guid\u00eb turistike malore q\u00eb kur ka qen\u00eb 18 vje\u00e7 dhe n\u00eb vitin 2014 ai vendosi ta kthej\u00eb pun\u00ebn e tij me koh\u00eb t\u00eb pjesshme n\u00eb nj\u00eb biznes me koh\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb, s\u00eb bashku me partnerin e tij t\u00eb biznesit, Virtytin.\r\n\r\n<strong>Nj\u00eb ofert\u00eb m\u00eb e mir\u00eb\u00a0<\/strong>\n\nNoli shpjegon se ata filluan t\u00eb mendonin p\u00ebr biznesin e turizmit malor kur numri i vizitor\u00ebve n\u00eb qytet dhe n\u00eb malet p\u00ebrreth filloi t\u00eb rritet dhe operator\u00ebt e par\u00eb turistik\u00eb iu bashkuan tregut.\u00a0 \u201cAta po ofronin shum\u00eb pak mund\u00ebsi turistike. Ne menduam se mund t\u00eb ofronin di\u00e7ka m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe lan\u00e7uam kompanin\u00eb,\u201c shprehet ai. Gjasht\u00eb vite m\u00eb pas, \u2018Balkan Natural Adventure\u2019 \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb konkurrent i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb sektorin e turizmit malor jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, por edhe p\u00ebr vendet fqinj\u00eb si Shqip\u00ebria dhe Mali i Zi.\r\n\r\n<h2><strong>\u201cMb\u00ebshtetja e ofruar nga Bashkimi Evropian ishte nj\u00eb etap\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb ekompanis\u00eb son\u00eb\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n<strong>Strategjia e re e tregut\u00a0<\/strong>\n\nKompania ka mir\u00ebpritur mbi 700 grupe turist\u00ebsh Megjithat\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 suksesit ata kan\u00eb hasur edhe v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi dhe sfida. Q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim, transporti i turist\u00ebve ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb problem i madh p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kostos dhe besueshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit. Fillimisht ata pun\u00ebsuan autobus\u00eb t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl ose taksi n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb numrit t\u00eb vizitor\u00ebve n\u00eb grup. Por kjo ishte thjesht nj\u00eb zgjidhje afatshkurt\u00ebr.\n\n\u201cMadh\u00ebsia mesatare\u00a0 e grupeve me vizitor\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb rreth tet\u00eb persona. Tregu nuk ofronte zgjidhje fort t\u00eb mira p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb madh\u00ebsi grupi: shpesh na \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb marrim me qira minibus\u00eb me 20 vende ose t\u00eb marrim me qira dy makina. Nuk ishte frytdh\u00ebn\u00ebse financiarisht,\u201c shprehet Noli. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, kompanit\u00eb e makinave me qira nuk ishin gjithnj\u00eb t\u00eb besueshme dhe kjo e b\u00ebnte akoma dhe m\u00eb sfidues organizimin e transportit.\u00a0 \u201cNe po p\u00ebrqendroheshim n\u00eb turizmin malor dhe m\u00eb pas pam\u00eb se vizitat kulturore po shtoheshin &#8211; na duhej shum\u00ebllojshm\u00ebri.\u201d\n\nTri vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, partneri n\u00eb biznes i Nolit, Virtyti, pa nj\u00eb thirrje t\u00eb hapur t\u00eb lan\u00e7uar nga Bashkimi Evropian n\u00eb rrjetet sociale p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen e kompanive, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb ato q\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e turizmit. Duke qen\u00eb se \u2018Balkan Natural Adventure\u2019 kishte nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetje, ata vendos\u00ebn t\u00eb aplikonin. Ata k\u00ebrkuan ndihm\u00eb p\u00ebr reklamim nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb kompanis\u00eb, p\u00ebr studime p\u00ebr zhvillimin e\u00a0 vizitave kulturore dhe blerjen e nj\u00eb fugoni me tet\u00eb vende p\u00ebr pasagjer\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjidhur problemin e tyre me transportin.\u00a0 Propozimi i tyre u miratua dhe atyre iu bashk\u00eb-financuan t\u00eb gjitha nevojat nga Bashkimi Evropian. \u201cMb\u00ebshtetja e ofruar nga Bashkimi Evropian ishte nj\u00eb etap\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e kompanis\u00eb son\u00eb. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 rritjes s\u00eb besueshm\u00ebris\u00eb dhe numrit t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve tona, ne pun\u00ebsuam m\u00eb shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz. Tani kemi tri persona q\u00eb punojn\u00eb me koh\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb n\u00eb departamentet e shitjes dhe administrimit dhe kemi 15 an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb personelit me koh\u00eb t\u00eb pjesshme q\u00eb punojn\u00eb si guida turistike dhe shofer\u00eb,\u201c shprehet Noli.\n\nAi e p\u00ebrshkruan ekipin e tyre aktual si profesional dhe shpjegon se ai p\u00ebrfshin guida nga Shqip\u00ebria dhe Mali i Zi. \u201cFillimisht pat\u00ebm probleme me gjetjen e personave t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar ndaj pun\u00ebs si guida. Pavar\u00ebsisht pandemis\u00eb, Noli dhe partneri i tij parashikojn\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme t\u00eb shndritshme p\u00ebr kompanin\u00eb e tyre: n\u00eb dhjet\u00eb vitet e ardhshme, ata presin t\u00eb shtojn\u00eb 40 guida turistike dhe shofer\u00eb me koh\u00eb t\u00eb pjesshme dhe t\u00eb rritin \u00eb stafin e tyre me koh\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb n\u00eb dhjet\u00eb persona.\r\n\r\n<h2><strong>\u201cGjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb tep\u00ebr persona po e shikojn\u00eb turizmin e q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm si t\u00eb ardhmen e tyre\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nPor kemi ende sfida t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebrpara nesh.
