Nj\u00eb panel prej 10 ekspert\u00ebsh t\u00eb pavarur t\u00eb em\u00ebruar nga institucionet dhe organet e BE-s\u00eb (Parlamenti Evropian, K\u00ebshilli, Komisioni dhe Komiteti i Rajoneve) shqyrtoi
