Paket je u iznosu od 1 milijarde eura bespovratnih sredstava EU za pomo\u0107 Zapadnom Balkanu da se suo\u010di sa neposrednim posljedicama energetske krize i izgradi otpornost u kratkom i srednjem roku.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prva polovina paketa sastoji se od 500 miliona eura bud\u017eetske podr\u0161ke za ubla\u017eavanje ekonomskog i socijalnog uticaja na ugro\u017eena doma\u0107instva i mala i srednja preduze\u0107a, kao i podr\u0161ku energetskoj tranziciji i bezbijednosti regiona. 90% sredstava bi\u0107e ispla\u0107eno ve\u0107 u januaru 2023. godine, dok \u0107e ostatak uslijediti kasnije u toku 2023.\/po\u010detkom 2024. godine, prema uspje\u0161noj implementaciji nacionalnih akcionih planova za rje\u0161avanje energetske krize, od strane \u0161est partnera sa Zapadnog Balkana.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Druga polovina paketa sastoji se od 500 miliona eura za unaprje\u0111enje energetske diversifikacije, proizvodnje obnovljive energije i interkonekcija gasa i elektri\u010dne energije kroz Investicioni okvir za Zapadni Balkan (Western Balkans Investment Framework &#8211; WBIF). Paket pokriva izdvajanje 100 miliona eura za dopunu Regionalnog programa energetske efikasnosti (Regional Energy Efficiency Programme &#8211; REEP), jo\u0161 170 miliona eura u grantovima EU za saradnju javnog i privatnog sektora, i do 230 miliona eura finansiranja EU za \u0161est garantnih \u0161ema koje podr\u017eavaju energetski sektor.
