Ovaj sporazum je sada stupio na snagu od 1. oktobra 2023. godine, \u0161to zna\u010di da je prenos podataka u romingu izme\u0111u Zapadnog Balkana i EU postao pristupa\u010dniji i gra\u0111anima i preduze\u0107ima u ovim regionima. Savjet za regionalnu saradnju (RCC) i Evropska komisija podr\u017eali su ovaj proces.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"SR-LATN-RS\">Ovi operateri su se dobrovoljno obavezali da smanje jaz izme\u0111u roming podataka i doma\u0107ih naknada kada putuju izme\u0111u EU i Zapadnog Balkana u oba smjera. Inicijalna sni\u017eenja cijena trenutno sprovode telekom operateri koji u\u010destvuju. Mnogi od njih nude pakete sa cijenama znatno ispod dogovorenih maksimalnih granica, \u0161to ih \u010dini dostupnim \u0161irokom spektru potro\u0161a\u010da.
