Ivana is general manager of the NEST Coworking space in Montenegro’s capital, Podgorica. She is an experienced media specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the media, public relations, and marketing industries. Ivana in skilled in social media management, managing events and projects, journalism, public speaking, media relations, and human rights protection. She is also a former license-holder and organiser of TEDxPodgorica events, and, through NEST Coworking, currently procures licenses for Climathon’s and Fuckup Nights’ global franchise events in Montenegro. Ivana is a strong media and communication professional with a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Political Science (the Department of Journalism) at the University of Montenegro. During her degree, she undertook a one-year exchange programme to Minnesota, the United States, through the Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (Global UGRAD), sponsored by the American Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. She obtained her MA degree in Marketing Communications from the University of Westminster, London, as a Chevening scholar funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO).
