Elena Strezoska

My name is Elena Tumanoska Strezoska and I’m a graduate prof. of German Language and Literature, a former DAAD scholarship holder, alumni of “Babylon – the best young translator” contest and an alumni of the European Solidarity Corps. Currently working as an Associate Professor of German as a Foreign Language at the Community College in Freiburg, Germany, as well as a full-time lecturer in German Language at the Center for Foreign Languages – Wunderkind in Prilep. My passion for poetry and literature is an essential aspect of my life, which, intertwined with active knowledge and translation from and into several European languages, has contributed to the publication of my works in anthologies even beyond the borders of my native language. The thirst for new knowledge and breaking down language barriers led me to a master’s degree in German and Portuguese Studies at the Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany.
