{"id":856264,"date":"2022-10-07T14:48:53","date_gmt":"2022-10-07T12:48:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/webalkans.eu\/?p=856264"},"modified":"2022-10-07T14:49:14","modified_gmt":"2022-10-07T12:49:14","slug":"regional-closing-conference-on-joint-eu-and-coe-horizontal-facility-programme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/webalkans.eu\/en\/news\/regional-closing-conference-on-joint-eu-and-coe-horizontal-facility-programme\/","title":{"rendered":"Regional closing conference on joint EU and CoE Horizontal Facility programme"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A regional two-day conference took place in Budva, Montenegro from 26 to 28 of September to mark the ending of the Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey 2019 &#8211; 2022 programme, which has been run by the European Union together with the Council of Europe (CoE), and to mark the beginning of Horizontal Facility III.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This major event gathered beneficiaries and stakeholders from the six Western Balkans countries, Turkey, the EU and the Council of Europe. CoE No Hate Speech Ambassadors Bojana Lalatovi\u0107 and Amina Kaja represented the Young European Ambassadors (YEA) network at the conference.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amina had a chance to address the audience on the first day of the event, while Bojana spoke on the topic of \u201cregional exchanges and peer-to-peer learning: lessons learned and plans for
