The award, which has been presented annually since 2019 by the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cor.europa.eu\/en\/our-work\/Pages\/ARLEM.aspx\">Euro-Mediterranean Regional and Local Assembly<\/a>\u00a0(ARLEM), celebrates both the work of entrepreneurs younger than 35 and efforts by local authorities to foster business-friendly policies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The evaluation committee, which includes organisations actively engaged in promoting an entrepreneurial environment in the Mediterranean region, praised the work of\u00a0Erlida Krasi and her company <a href=\"http:\/\/www.1001albanianadventures.com\/about-us\/\">1001 Albanian Adventures<\/a>\u00a0as an example of\u00a0sustainable and responsible tourism that is helping to regenerate the local economic fabric and urban environment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0Euro-Mediterranean Regional and Local Assembly (ARLEM)\u00a0is an assembly of local and regional representatives from the European Union and its Mediterranean partners. It was set up in 2010 by the European Committee of the Regions (CoR) together with territorial associations active in this context allowing elected representatives from the three shores of the Mediterranean Sea to: represent their local and regional authorities politically,\u00a0maintain political dialogue and promote interregional
