Podgorica for on-lending to residential homeowners.\n\n&nbsp;\n\n<\/div>\n<div>\n\nThe funds are provided through the<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ebrdgeff.com\/\">Green Economy Financing Facility (GEFF)<\/a>, which supports investments in high-performance green technologies, materials and solutions for privately owned residential buildings. Beneficiary homeowners receive assistance in identifying and purchasing energy-saving equipment, such as insulation, windows, heat pumps and solar panels that will reduce greenhouse gas emissions, cut energy costs and improve their quality of life. They can receive technical assistance and receive incentive payments of up to 20 per cent of the loan value upon successful installation.\n\n&nbsp;\n\n<\/div>\n<div>\n\nThe EU and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wbif.eu\/about\/bilateral-donors\">bilateral donors<\/a>\u00a0are providing funds through the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wbif.eu\/\">Western Balkans Investment Framework<\/a>\u00a0(WBIF) as part of the<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wb-reep.org\/eng\/about\">Regional Energy Efficiency Programme<\/a><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>(REEP).
