Working in an environment that is becoming primarily digital has left journalists and media more exposed to online to attacks, insults and threats, but many newsrooms have not established mechanisms to deal with such cases and legislation does not provide adequate protection either.<\/p>\n&nbsp;\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These are some of the findings from the latest report, \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/birnsrbija.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Bezbednost-novinara-u-digitalnom-okruzenju.pdf\">Journalists\u2019 Safety in the Digital Environment<\/a>\u201d, which BIRN Serbia and the Independent Journalists\u2019 Association of Serbia, IJAS, published on July 18.
