Bosnia and Herzegovina<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>for further lending to private borrowers for housing purposes. The new credit line is aimed to address the growing demand for mortgages in the BiH and is an extension of a \u20ac15 million mortgage line approved in July 2019.\n\n&nbsp;\n\n<\/div>\n<div>\n\nWith this support from the EBRD, customers of the bank will be able to get more favourable loans to improve housing conditions, achieve better energy efficiency, and purchase a property.\n\n&nbsp;\n\n<\/div>\n<div>\n\nSince 1996, the EBRD has invested more than \u20ac2.7 billion in 191 projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina.\n\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has extended a \u20ac10 million mortgage credit line to\u00a0Intesa Sanpaolo Banka d.d.
