Out of these funds, \u20ac527\u202fmillion have been signed in loans, \u20ac164\u202fmillion in EU grants under the Western Balkans Investment Framework (WBIF) and \u20ac2\u202fmillion in grants under the EIB\u2019s Economic Resilience Initiative. Several EIB-financed projects benefited from technical assistance under the WBIF and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/jaspers.eib.org\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">the Joint Assistance to Support Projects in European Regions (JASPERS) advisory program<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.
