Septembra da je grad Skoplje preporu\u010den za titulu Evropske prijestolnice kulture\u00a0 2028. me\u0111u zemljama EFTA\/EEA, zemlja kandidat ili potencijalni kandidat za \u010dlanstvo u EU.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U skladu sa Odlukom Evropskog parlamenta i Vije\u0107a, u \u010dijoj su nadle\u017enosti akcije Unije evropskih prijestolnica kulture, 2028. godine postoja\u0107e tri prijestolnice kulture Evrope. Jedna u Francuskoj, jedna u \u010ce\u0161koj i jedna u zemlji EFTA\/EEA , zemlja kandidat ili potencijalni kandidat za \u010dlanstvo u EU koja u\u010destvuje u trenutnom programu Kreativna Evropa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0160to se ti\u010de takmi\u010denja izme\u0111u gradova u zemljama EFTA\/EEA, zemalja kandidata i potencijalnih kandidata, Komisija je pozvala gradove (<a href=\"https:\/\/culture.ec.europa.eu\/document\/call-for-applications-for-2028-european-capital-of-culture-for-cities-in-eftaeea-candidate-and-in-potential-candidates-for-eu-membership-countries\">invited applications<\/a>) da se prijave u decembru 2021. Dva grada Budva (Crna Gora) i Skoplje (Sjeverna Makedonija) su prethodno odabrana (<a href=\"https:\/\/culture.ec.europa.eu\/news\/two-cities-short-listed-to-become-european-capital-of-culture-2028-in-a-candidate-country\">pre-selected<\/a>)\u00a0 16. decembra 2022. godine. Imali su rok do 28. avgusta 2023. da zavr\u0161e svoje prijave, a zatim su pozvani na satanak u Briselu 19. septembra povodom zavr\u0161nog kruga selekcije. Panel od 10 nezavisnih eksperata koje su imenovale institucije i tijela EU (Evropski parlament, Vije\u0107e, Komisija i Komitet regija) pregledao je prijave.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zapo\u010dete 1985. godine, Evropske prijestolnice kulture ( <a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/programmes\/creative-europe\/actions\/capitals-culture_en.htm\">European Capitals of Culture<\/a> ) razvile su se u jedan od najambicioznijih kulturnih projekata u Evropi i jednu od najcjenjenijih aktivnosti EU.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nakon dvodnevnog sastanka u Briselu, predsjedavaju\u0107i Ekspertske komisije evropskih prijestolnica kulture , objavio je 20.
